Terms of Service

The service

InferenceHub provides a unified API that routes your requests to upstream AI model providers on a byte-faithful, pass-through basis. We are a reseller of inference capacity; we do not own or control the underlying models and their availability may change.

Accounts and API keys

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
• Keep your API keys secret; you can revoke and rotate them at any time.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Your content

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the content you submit through the gateway — prompts, code, files — and, as between you and InferenceHub, in the model outputs you receive. We claim no ownership of your content and no license to it beyond the limited right to transmit and process it as needed to provide the service. Content you send is also handled under the terms of the upstream provider that serves your request.

Credits and billing

You can pay-as-you-go or subscribe to a monthly plan.

• Pay-as-you-go. You pre-fund a credit balance, and usage is deducted as you make requests, metered by token usage at the rates shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions. Monthly plans include a usage allowance that resets on rolling windows (a 5-hour and a weekly window) and an overall monthly limit. Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the current period. Changing plans takes effect immediately and is prorated. Usage beyond your plan’s included allowance continues at pay-as-you-go rates from your credit balance. Included plan usage does not roll over between periods and has no cash value.

Promotional credits may carry conditions and can expire. Except where required by law, payments, subscription fees, and consumed credits are non-refundable. If a payment is disputed or charged back, we may suspend the account and void any related promotional credit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any law or the usage policies of the upstream model providers.
• Generate content that infringes others’ rights or causes harm.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the gateway’s metering or security.
• Resell or sublicense access in violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these terms or threatens the service.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove models and features, and upstream outages may affect availability. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the gateway running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InferenceHub disclaims all implied warranties, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
