InferenceHub Desktop is a lightweight native client for the hosted chat — sign in once with your InferenceHub account and use frontier and open-weight models, with web search, deep research, and project files, outside the browser. It's built on Tauri (a few-MB download), fully open source, and ships no telemetry.

Download

Grab the installer from the download page or the latest GitHub release: InferenceHub_<version>_x64-setup.exe for Windows (x64), or InferenceHub_<version>_aarch64.dmg for macOS (Apple Silicon). Live transcription, Stealth Mode, and the menu-bar budget display are macOS-only for now; Windows is chat + sign-in + tray.

First-run warnings

Current builds are unsigned preview builds, so the OS warns on first run. Windows: SmartScreen shows "Windows protected your PC" — click More info → Run anyway. macOS: drag the app to Applications, then allow it under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Code-signed builds (Apple notarization, Windows Authenticode) are in progress — full install notes live in the project README.
